Life can offer lots of opportunities, many of which can be a distraction on your intention in any given moment. Contemplate that you are constantly focused on something, but how much are you even conscious of it?

Consider increasing your self-awareness, which is essential to understanding what you are concentrating on; from there, you can consider your options.  This creates new possibilities for performance if you learn to shift where you focus your attention.
